Shipping Policy
We Ship Worldwide
PoochSip ships to most countries globally. All orders are fulfilled via our international supply partners and shipped by air freight.
Processing Time
Orders take 1–2 business days to process after payment confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Same-day shipping is not available.
If your shipping or billing details are incomplete or can't be verified, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear after your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive two emails:
- Order confirmation — sent within 48 hours of placing your order
- Shipping confirmation — includes your tracking number once your order has dispatched
If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, this is normal for international air freight. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out at help@poochsip.com
We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has left our fulfillment partner.
Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any inbound duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authority are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or refunded by PoochSip.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.
Wrong Address
It's your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email help@poochsip.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best, but cannot guarantee amendments once an order is in processing.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship to the correct address or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
PO Boxes
We're unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please use a full street address at checkout.
Restricted Regions
Due to international sanctions, we do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. Orders placed to these destinations will be automatically cancelled.
